Bill Dickens – The Collection 1998

In 1998 Bill Dickens worked with drummer/producer Bobby Rock on a 2 part Instructional Video for about bass guitar technique for Warner Brothers. This 2 part series originally came out on VHS tape format. Part One was called “Funk Bass and Beyond – Funk Moves and Killer Grooves”. Part Two was titled “Bass Beyond Limits – Advanced Solo and Groove Concepts”. The 2 videos were later released in 2003 as a DVD compilation called “Bill Dickens – The Collection” The following 8 video clips were performances taken from the 2 VHS instructional videos. Performances featured Bill “The Buddha” Dickens on bass, Brett Garsed on guitar, Paul Mirkovich on keyboards, Richie Gajate Garcia on percussion and Bobby Rock on drums.
