1996 NAMM after hours Jam

Posted on February 7, 1996 by Bill Dickens in Notes (circa-2000 & before), Real News

This is an interesting clip with some very talented musicians collectively throwing their spin in on a funky improv. We have Victor Wooten, Steve Bailey & Bill “The Buddha” Dickens on bass supported by none other than Carmen Appice on drums. They start out with the Charlie Parker classic Donna Lee and throw it into overdrive. It makes for a real nice 22 and a half minute jam.
